Deposits & Refunds

Deposits secure your appointment time and are non refundable regardless of circumstances if cancellation notice is given LESS than 72 hours before the start of your appointment time.

Running Late

Please arrive on time and plan for unexpected delays in your travel. There is a courtesy 10 minute grace period. Starting at 11 minutes tardy, appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled and a new deposit is required.

**Please note: Razor Brow Sculpting does NOT have a courtesy late grace period due to the short duration of the appointment. This service must arrive on time.

Guests

Additional guests, friends, and children cannot be accommodated inside the studio suite during your appointment. There is a common waiting area when entering the building, however, children cannot be left unattended.
